Cathryn Fox’s famous “Butter Tarts”

Butter Tarts“Butter Tarts”

1 cup sugar
1 cup raisins
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup butter
4 tablespoons cream, Blend
2 eggs, beaten.

Boil all ingredients for 3 minutes, low.

Add 1/2 cup walnuts and fill unbaked shells (from the grocery store)
Bake at 375 fro 15 minutes.

Enjoy!!

    I HATE baking. I screw everything up. Honestly. But these are so easy even I can’t mess them up. My daughter had an egyptian project last year and had to make cookies with 3 ingredients and I messed the whole first batch up and had to throw them away. :oops:
